Proxinova has signed an agreement with a business formation and setup specialist to develop their new modern CRM system based on Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM Cloud platform.
The planned cloud based CRM system will automate the company's lead and sales management and automate certain back office business tasks like license and visa renewal. The new business processes within CRM system will improve sales numbers and reduce the cost of new sales significantly.
This comprehensive CRM solution will include all aspects, processes, functionalities and technical components a modern cloud based CRM must have. The project will be delivered in two phases, phase one focusing on reengineering existing business processes and identifying required functionalities while phase two focuses on development and delivery.
